| Information Technology Scout: Connects with web sites for building techniques and information. Researches merit badge requirements. Down loads structure photos to web site blog. |
| Resource & Supplies Scout: Coordinates collecting building materials and supplies for project. Checks out supplies & foundation boards from troops quartermaster. |
| Construction Lead Scout: Leads team in construction using pioneering and engineering techniques found on this web site and Scout hand books. |
| Team Scout: Younger Scout who will learn from the Team Leaders and assist in the building production. |
| Team Visitor: Non-Scout who is visiting on Competition day. Welcomed into the project by Team Leader. Can make a tree house and receives an introduction to the Boy Scouting adventure. |
